内容

In the modern business world, the ability to negotiate is vital.
This is why it is important to study negotiation.
However, most people do not take the time to study negotiation but rely on their negotiation experience.
The business world has changed significantly in a way that creates great risks as well as great rewards.
Therefore, it is more important than ever to have great negotiation skills to have good connections
with current business partners and partners in the future.

A full-scale research and education program concerning Negotiations began at the Harvard Law School in the United States in 1980s,
is now widely accepted as a global standard for negotiation skills and strategies.
Also the program for strengthening bargaining power, which is based on the research results of negotiating science,
will be combined with the cutting-edge research results that incorporate the research results of social psychology,
decision-making theory, and organization theory, which are adjacent areas.

In the mock negotiations exercise, based on the materials,
(1) a preparatory session to plan a negotiation strategy in advance,
(2) a mock negotiation session in which participants actually simulate negotiations, and finally
(3) based on the mock negotiations, it consists of three sessions: debriefing, discussion and feedback sessions.
